I design and develop full construction plans for new homes, garages and remodels. I have been designing and building houses and garages for over 30 years. Each plan is designed for ease of construction. I can take your ideas and incorporate my experience to come up with a design that functions and will last the test of time.

We can start with one of my stock plans and make changes to it or we can start with a hand sketch texted or emailed to me.

I can also design kitchen or bath layouts and custom builtins/entertainment centers.
